Reginald Eggleston is currently the principal of Carver High School in Montgomery, AL. He has been an administrator for the past nine years. He has worked in various settings providing him with a tremendous insight to resolving problems and implementing programs. Strategic planning is the one area he enjoys the most as an administrator.  Although the process can be time consuming, it does provide a forum for all parties to openly and honestly provide input about the needs of the organization.  Dr. Eggleston received his Bachelor’s degree from Troy State University, his Master’s degree in Special Education from the University of Alabama in Birmingham, certification in administration from the University of Alabama Birmingham, an Educational Specialist Degree from Auburn University in Montgomery, and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Dr. Eggleston and his wife Regina reside in Montgomery, AL.
