Dr. Ginger Hogeland

Public Relations Director & Systems Test Coordinator Cullman County Board of Education
Dr. Hogeland has served as a high school math and English teacher, both elementary and middle school counselor and assistant principal, and primary school principal before securing the position she now holds as System-Wide Supervisor of Cullman County Schools. She holds degrees from Samford University, UNA, UAB, and UWA where she graduated first in her class in the field of mathematics. In her 17 years of educational experience, Dr. Hogeland has made many accomplishments. She has aided with the design and origination of a newly built school, Good Hope Primary.  For Good Hope Primary she secured and managed numerous grants to provide for the new school. Dr. Hogeland proudly worked with the governor and legislative officials to provide needed facilities for completion of the campus and to obtain the school’s initial SACS accreditation.  Dr. Hogeland also is a member of the Chamber of Commerce, Lions/ Lioness Club, and is a member of the Board of Directors for the American Red Cross. She has been recognized in the Honors Registry of the Manchester Who’s Who Among Executive and Professional Women.  She currently resides in Cullman with her husband of 17 years and three children, Tim, Stats, and Story.
