Don Snow, Jr. graduated from Auburn University in 1991. He completed his M.A. and Ed.S. at the University of Alabama. He completed the Ed.D. at the University ofAlabama in December, 2000. Dr. Snow began his career as an 8th grade science teacher and served as an assistant principal at Oak Park Middle School for two years. He then moved to central office as the Supervisor of Pupil Personnel and Attendance for Decatur City Schools. He held this position for three years before moving into his current position at Austin High School. He also served as principal of Horizon High School, an alternative High School while serving as the Supervisor of Pupil Personnel.
